Susan Boyle - episode 1 of britain's got talent 09
Even though only the first episode has been shown so far, a clear favourite has emerged already. Susan Boyle gave an unexpectedly exceptional rendition of I dreamed a dream. The audience, who were ready to mock her beforehand, were left in awe as Susan gave a faultless display.
Even after the performance, she remained un-fazed by all of the positive attention recieved from the audience and judges. Since then, she has received over 25,000,000 you-tube hits and has become an international star overnight!
Assuming she gets through(!), she will not be seen on our screens again until late May.
